Our cloud-based software platform combines the disparate components of EPoS, Reservation, Kiosk, Payment, CRM, Staff Scheduling, KDS, Customer Self-Ordering, Stock Management, Big Data, Real-time Reporting & Analytics in one management system for the leisure and hospitality sector.
SPARK also offers robotic solutions to address staff shortages and enhance service efficiency. We have introduced 15 unique service robots, including the ‘ButlerBot’, a hotel service robot that can autonomously take the lift to deliver room service; and the ‘BellaBot’, a cat-like robot waiter popular in restaurants; and L50, the AI-Powered Scrubbing Robot which significantly reduced floor cleaning time for airports, shopping malls and many other large venues.
